|  | This plan is designed for customers that need immediate support for a specific issue. This plan may be purchased at any time. Knorr Networks Services pay per incident support is based on hourly rate of $100.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Company checks and major credit cards are accepted. Support can be provided via onsite service, phone support or instant messenger. All of our Support Engineers are MS Certified. Knorr Networks Services uses VNC, Terminal Services and Logmein.com sessions to provide support to remote PC's without being on-site.
